We offer quality primary health care services for your entire family—from children to seniors of any age! We're conveniently located at the Clay County Health Department.

We accept most major insurance coverage, including Medicare, Missouri Medicaid and all MO HealthNet plans. We accept cash, checks or major credit cards. We offer a fee discount based on household income, to those who qualify.
