Special Programs
"Show Me Healthy Women Program"You may qualify for free breast and cervical cancer screenings at the Samuel U. Rodgers Health Center, through Missouri's "Show Me Healthy Women Program".
To be eligible, you must meet age and income guidelines which include:
- Women age 50-64 or older, without Medicare Part B are eligible for a clinical breast exam, a mammogram, a pelvic exam and Pap test
- Women age 35-49 are eligible for a clinical breast exam, pelvic exam and Pap test. Additional testing may be covered if the breast exam or Pap test results are suspicious or abnormal.

Breast Cancer Education and Mammograms
The Samuel U. Rodgers Health Center is the proud recipient of funding from the Susan G. Komen for the Cure® Greater Kansas City Affiliate organization. The purpose is to educate women about breast cancer prevention and early detection. Some resources are also available for free mammograms, if you qualify. "Project Ready Smile"
Project Ready Smile is a dental program that provides fluoride applications and dental screenings for children aged, 6 weeks to 6 years old. The goal of the program is to have children enter into Kindergarten "cavity free". Children that participate in this program are screened every six months at their school or childcare location. This program is free.
