Q: What hours do the clinics take walk-in patients?
A: Walk-in patients are welcome in the morning from 8:00AM-10:30AM and
upon availability in the afternoon.
Q: How do I make an appointment?
A: Call for an appointment 816.474.4920, ask for a unit clerk and
schedule a time. If an interpreter is required, a clerk may call you
back.
Q: Do I have a co-pay with a 100 percent discount?
A: Yes, every patient pays a co-pay to cover the overhead cost on a
regular 15-minute appointment.
Q: What are the co-pay levels?
A: All Medical Services co-payments are a minimum of $10.00 with a 100 percent discount. Patients without a discount are required to pay $91.00 for
medical services.
Dental Services have a co-pay of $40 for patients with the discount and no appointment. Patients that do not have a discount and do not have an appointment have to pay $71.00.
Q: When can I make an appointment with the Dental Clinic?
A: Dental appointments are usually made within the first three days of
each month or until all slots have been filled. To make an appointment
