At the Samuel U. Rodgers Health Center, we are committed to providing the highest quality medical, dental and behavioral health services available--anywhere. Our mission, "to provide high quality, compassionate and affordable health care for all", continues today- over 40 years after Dr. Samuel U. Rodgers first founded a small health practice on the northeast side of Kansas City, Missouri.

We want to become your health care "home"- but more than just a physical place--we are working to achieve recognition as a "Patient Centered Medical Home" from the National Committee for Quality Assurance.

To meet this commitment, we've created a Continuous Performance Improvement Council at the Samuel U. Rodgers Health Center, charged with developing and implementing a Health Care Plan and a Continuous Performance Improvement Plan. The Health Care Plan measures how well our patients are doing in comparison to national health standards. Staff and Board members of our Health Center then continuously review the results to develop improved methods to deliver high quality health care to our patients
